| Be careful about taking the "inside out path" to correct a slice...I have seen many people end up with a draw they don't understand instead of a slice they don't understand. The trick is not to make a more in-to-out swing, it's to make a more direct swing, with the face in the right position...a surprising amount of the time, you just don't have a good grip. | ||||||||||

| I'm not a long knocker (240-250 avg.). But every once in a while I catch myself trying to outdrive Tiger Woods. When this happens, I'll go to the range and leave my tennis shoes on to hit balls. The shoes with no spikes make me concentrate on my balance more, thus making me slow my swing down. Remember not to decelerate. | ||||||||||

| I just played 18 holes there last week. This was the second time I played this Johnny Miller course. I am not going to comment on any specific hole. But if you are like me, i.e.. having a high handicap and trying to avoid completely humiliating yourself in front of your boss and co-workers.. let me tell you just one thing: do not touch that big stick. Use your 3-wood, you would be glad that you followed my advice. | ||||||||||

| I finally switched from the320 driver to a 540. Man, I love it. This is a lot more forgiving and feels so much better too. My consistency improved a great deal. Now I can smash it 6-7 times every 10 shots vs. only 4-5 times with my old driver. | ||||||||||
